Our team conducts research and organises events that help support and develop the Bitcoin industry. In particular,  we work with the industry to address the challenge of unclear or too stringent regulations. The top regulatory issues we address are the AML/CTF compliance, including the FATF Travel Rule, the uncertainty over whether Bitcoin is classified as property, currency, or a commodity, which affects taxation and reporting, and the stringent requirements from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) , including obtaining necessary licenses and complying with consumer protection measures.
